WORK PART IN POWER POINT

HOW TO PUT MUSIC TO YOUR HOMEPAGE

  • must go to the menu bar, select and then select Insert Movies and Sounds , then sound file (look for the audio file you want to insert.)

  • see this message, you must click Yes

  • On the right side audio file will probably be the end of the list of effects you applied to slide. You place the beginning of the list (above), with the arrow Reorder, upload audio file

  • should look like:

  • Then you click the right mouse button will appear several options, click on effect options.


  • get the following table:

  • Where it says "Pause", choose the option after ... ... slides, you must place the number of slides that you have

  • Now

  • sound settings click "hide with playback stopped."


Select
  • accept at the bottom right of the box.

  • Now go to the menu bar, select Presentation Slide Transition.

  • box appears next to your right.

  • Click where it says "Automatically after" (Advance slide) and removes the option "With a click of the mouse."


  • You give time to automatically switch to the next slide. This task must make with each slide of your work, so that the music is synchronized with the lyrics of the song.
  • You can also change the time of entry to the effects you chose

WORK PART

INTRODUCTION: To make this work useful and meaningful I ask that you follow the instructions exactly.

  • Create a folder on your desktop with your name, your partner (s) and your course.
  • must search the text of ANTHEM OF POLICE listening on the Internet or copy it from the computer and then copy it to Word. Analyzes
  • text next to your partner (s) and search the Internet images that reflect the content of Anthem policeman.
  • The images you find copy and paste in the folder you created on your desktop, without going through any other program. Please join at least 30 images.
  • Open PowerPoint and create (Ctrl + M) 12 slides, each must have the following:


a) Fund established with the combination of at least two colors, in no case be default background (template). To create the background click on the slide with the right mouse button, then in the box below and click "Fill Effects ...."

Choose two colors and Select the shadow effect you like best. Finally click OK and then click Apply.

b) Two lines of text for each slide (one line at the top and one on the bottom), with lyrics in WordArt, (each one must have a different WordArt).
c) Paste images related to the text of the slide.

d) Place the text over the images, for this click the right mouse button on the WordArt, select manage and then bring to the fore.
e) Assign input effects to each image and text, created slide. Select from the menu bar Presentation then Custom Animation, then click on an item (image or text) and select the effect you're going to add.



f) Set a time of transition to each slide, this is achieved by deploying the Presentation menu, then select Slide Transition.

g) box right click Automatically after, and places a value in seconds in the table below. This should do it for every slide you created .

  • Finally insert the music and sync with the slides created. (Soon publish on this blog about how to insert music to facilitate the completion of the work).
  • Save your work by assigning a name and select Save as type "slide presentation with Power Point"
